Shampoo, then gently squeeze the water out of your hair. Work the mask through your mid-lengths and ends, comb it through, leave it on for the time shown on the pack and rinse well. Once or twice a week suits most hair.
Conditioner is the quick, everyday step after every wash. A mask is a more concentrated treatment you use once or twice a week. On mask days, use the mask instead of your conditioner.
