Refund policy

In Salon

We will gladly exchange unopened retail items within 7 days when returned to the Salon of purchase along with a receipt. We do not refund for a change of mind.

Online

Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds on items due to change of mind. We offer an exchange or online credit for all change of mind purchases so long as,

 

  • The item is please returned within 14 days of purchase 
  • The item is in original condition
  • The item is not damaged, used or altered
  •  

    Please note, Next International cannot cover postage costs for change of mind items. Email us at info@nextinternational.com.au to organise your exchange.

    Unfortunately, we do not return sale items unless deemed faulty. 

    We apologise if an item arrives damaged, please email us at info@nextinternational.com.au and we will organise a replacement, credit or refund.
