In Salon Trading Policy
Pricing
The tiered pricing reflects the education level of the stylist team, determined by training and practical experience. Prices listed are to be used as a guide only and may vary by hair type.
Consultations
We love to consult and quote on services prior to commencement, to ensure complete satisfaction as we do not refund for change of mind. If for any reason you are not happy with the service we have provided – if you return within 7 days of your initial appointment, the same hairdresser will correct the work that has been done in line with the clients first directives at the original appointment.
Deposits
It is our Company Policy that all new guests, online bookings, and specialty services require a deposit to be paid to secure an appointment.
Cancellations
Our Cancellation Policy requires you to cancel an appointment with 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel within the 24 hours prior to your appointment or do not show for your appointment, any deposits paid will be non-refundable.
Confirmations
A part of our service is to send a confirmation text or email to every guest 4 days prior to the appointment. Next International reserves the right to cancel a non-confirmed appointment.
Payment
Next International Salons accepts cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Master Card, American Express, AfterPay and zippay. Some credit cards may incur a surcharge. All prices include GST.
Electrical Tools
In line with the policies of our suppliers, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to register the warranty. In the event of a faulty heat styling tool, please contact ghd customer service.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly exchange unopened retail items within 7 days when returned to the Salon of purchase along with a receipt. We do not refund for a change of mind.

Please note, Next International cannot cover postage costs for change of mind items. Email us at hello@nextinternational.com.au to organise your exchange.
Unfortunately, we do not return sale items unless deemed faulty.
We apologise if an item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@nextinternational.com.au and we will organise a replacement, credit or refund.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (not including holidays or weekends), however, during periods of peak sales or promotion, processing can take up to 5 business days.
Shipping
Various shipping options are available including standard & express.
If a product is returned to Next International, or not received due to customer error including incorrect postage details, refused deliveries or similar are to be rectified at the customers expense. This includes an additional fee for re-delivery.
If a product is returned to Next International and the customer does not wish to pay for re-delivery, the product cost will be refunded not inclusive of any postage fees.
Australia
Standard shipping in Australia will take 2 - 8 business days.
Express shipping in Australia will take 1 - 5 business days depending on region.
Next International offers trackable delivery throughout Australia using Australia Post.. A tracking number will be sent to the email entered at checkout. Please check junk mail folders if the email hasn’t arrived within the estimated business days.
Delivery time frames are just an indication and Next International will not be held accountable for longer delivery times or courier delays. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late. Please note, this is the estimated time you should allow for your order to be sent from the time it is placed. You will need to allow additional time on top of these estimates for your order to be couriered to your address.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email, please contact us if you would need a hard copy attached to your order.
International
Standard international shipping will take 10 – 18 business days depending on region and customs clearance. Please note due to COVID-19 some locations have been taking longer that expected.
Customs
Any order that is shipped outside Australia is subject to the local area import laws, which may attract customs fees, taxies, duties and the like. Next International recommends all international customers contact the relevant country import office to discuss the relevant fees and timing, prior to placing your order. Any fees or charges that are applicable to such import into the country are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in your purchase. If the customer refuses the delivery due to customs fees or charges, and the product is returned to Next International, only the product will be refunded, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost Parcels
Unfortunately, Next International cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post, or any other courier service. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Next International. If this is the case, please contact Australia Post immediately. Otherwise, please contact us and we can discuss your options.
