Kérastase Blond Absolu Bain Ultra-Violet 250ml

Bain Ultra-Violet is the purple shampoo in the Blond Absolu range. It counteracts brassy yellow and orange tones in lightened, cool blonde and grey hair while adding hydration, so toning doesn't leave hair dry.

Key ingredients

• Ultra-violet neutralisers: violet pigments that cancel out unwanted warm undertones
• Hyaluronic acid (two molecular weights): hydrates inside and outside the fibre for strength and a smoother surface
• Vitamins C and E: brighten the cuticle and help protect against oxidative damage

How to use

1. Apply to wet hair.
2. Leave on for at least two minutes, or longer if you need more toning.
3. Rinse thoroughly.
4. On your other wash days, use Bain Lumière.

Our stylists' tip

Treat purple shampoo as a corrector, not your everyday wash. For most of our blonde clients, once or twice a week is enough. Leave it on longer when warmth is obvious, and just lather and rinse for a light top-up. Used every wash, it can make very light blondes look flat and grey.
